Collective Results works in partnership with charities, not-for-profit and public sector organizations to build bridges between great intentions and great outcomes.

For more than 15 years, I’ve been grateful to do some impactful work across the public and non-profit sectors, with a focus on local government, health, and academia. From leading large community based research projects to influencing healthy public policy, I love collaborating with communities to create evidence informed, innovative, tangible plans that drive real change. With a Master’s in Health & Exercise Psychology and a Lean Healthcare Green Belt certification, my strengths lie in applied research, project management, planning, and evaluation.

I excel in leadership, project management, facilitation, and research, thriving in collaborative environments. I hold a Master’s in Physical Education and Recreation from the University of Alberta and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Education from Brock University.

I thrive on collaboration and making data accessible to all, driven by a passion for evidence-based initiatives. I hold a PhD in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Windsor and a BA in Psychology from McMaster University.

With 15 years of diverse experience as a nurse, health promoter, researcher, evaluator, and manager in the social and health sectors, I’ve led initiatives across the continuum of stroke care, primary care and public health. I focus on addressing inequities and fostering a learning culture to drive meaningful change in client outcomes. My strengths are mixed-methods evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and data visualization. I hold a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Memorial University, and am a Registered Nurse and Credentialed Evaluator.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked with non-profit and government organizations in income support, youth services, and housing and homelessness. I specialize in developing programs, convening stakeholders, and aligning community systems with best practices and data insights. Passionate about systemic change, I believe in testing and improving systems to achieve better outcomes. My strengths include facilitation, quality improvement, and community planning. I hold a BA in Sociology from McMaster University, a facilitation certificate from the Canadian Institute of Cultural Affairs, and training in Human Centered Design from Capacity Canada.

I’m passionate about creating efficient processes that benefit everyone and thrive in roles where I can support and enhance team productivity. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Adult Development and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, plus Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Leadership Essentials training.
