Collective Results is thrilled to unveil our roadmap for the next two years — our new strategic plan. We are so excited about what this plan says about our company, how we’re growing, and what we hope to achieve in partnership with our clients.
Our mission, vision, and values remain the same. We’re an experienced team of service leaders that is on a mission to help organizations and communities achieve their goals by taking on the foundational work that organizations may not always have the internal capacity to lead. Collective Results works in partnerships with charities, not-for-profit, and public sector organizations to build bridges between great intentions and great outcomes. This work supports our vision – helping you do good work better. And our values of relationships, learning, happiness, and equity guide all of our work.
Our strategic pillars and goals have changed to reflect the changing context. Over the next two years, we’ll be focusing on the following areas in order to continue to serve our clients and their communities:
Culture of Caring – Given the importance of establishing an optimal work culture, CR will continue to foster employee well-being and balance over the next two years to ensure that employees feel valued, supported and committed to CR.
Meaningful and Impactful Work – Given our vision to engage in change-making projects that align with our values and interests, Collective Results will engage in meaningful work over the next two years to expand our relationships and impact through projects that provide us with fulfilment and purpose
Building Strong Foundations – Given our rapid growth and increase in business opportunities, CR will proactively develop an efficient, flexible and sustainable foundational infrastructure at the organizational level to set up our business and team for continued success.
Empowered Teams – Given the development of the new organizational structure, CR will empower, resource and align our new functional teams to support innovation and excellence.
What parts of this resonate with you? What questions do you still have about Collective Results and who we are? Drop us a line. We’d love to know what you think!
Until next time, keep doing the good work!
